ADAMMA - Core for AI & Digital Biomarker Research

Fan Wu is a Ph.D. candidate at the Center for Digital Health Interventions at ETH Zurich. She is dedicated to advancing personalized healthcare through innovative digital tools, with a strong focus on developing digital biomarkers and leveraging AI to analyze clinical data. Her research encompasses voice monitoring for heart failure self-management, circadian rhythm tracking using wearable technologies, and cerebrospinal fluid data analysis.

In her role, she manages research studies from inception to completion. This includes designing study protocols, establishing recruitment and consent procedures, developing mobile applications and web server infrastructure, monitoring data collection processes, and conducting data analysis.

She holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering and information technology from TU Munich, Germany. During her stay at the Voice Center at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, USA, she deepened her understanding of voice-related health applications.
